Account Registration & Eligibility

Account Suspension & Closure

Circumstances under which GT777 may suspend, restrict, or permanently close an account

GT777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account, and to withhold related funds, if any of the following circumstances apply:

The Member provided false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information.
The Member is found to hold more than one GT777 account.
The Member is determined to be under 18 years of age.
The Member is self-excluded and attempts to open a new account.
The Member is found to have engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated software, or any other fraudulent conduct.
The Member's account shows activity consistent with money laundering or other financial crime.
The Member has initiated unjustified payment chargebacks or reversals.
GT777 is required to close the account to comply with a legal, regulatory, or law enforcement request.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than fraud, GT777 will process a withdrawal of any confirmed real balance to the Member's registered payment method within 14 business days. Balances under investigation for fraud may be held pending the outcome of the review.

Intellectual Property
